To create a compress add 4 or 5 drops of Mobility to a bowl of warm water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the desired area.

To use as a massage oil blend, suitable for most adults, blend 3 to 5 drops of Mobility in 10ml of carrier oil and massage into the affected area, or dilute up to 8 drops in a carrier oil or bath oil and add to warm runnning water for an easing bath.
